Any other states besides Oklahoma and Utah play fall ball at their high schools?

Northern Ohio here - I wish our HS season was Fall, but it is Spring with indoor practices and the attendant snowouts and rainouts and games in 40 degree weather. I heard a number of years ago there was an initiative to change from Spring to Fall but it did not go anywhere. Football is king.
Iowa plays summer high school baseball. Only state in the country. Then kids play travel in the fall.
Does anyone have any details on Utah? Looks like teams that play baseball in fall, don’t in the spring. Why?
We play a 15-20 game fall schedule in FL Panhandle

Looks like it’s by classification and only the 1A teams play in fall? They don’t have football in that classification so it opens up the fall. Looks like soccer is spring.
Missouri has a fall season but you have it is not well played. Normally the only teams that do it don't have football, small schools.
We play here in the NYC catholic league. It's used for tryouts. Play from right after labor day until Columbus Day weekend.
Usually if you are going to college camps, showcases, etc, you'll be excused.
Here in CA we play year round; summer league, fall league, winter league. But only one league that matters, Spring, starts mid February runs through April, with playoffs in May.
Locally our region had a Fall League based on the schools. It folded a year or two after our son graduated HS. Son participated while in HS. It was not mandatory and at the time the VHSL had rules stipulating the head coach could not be involved in coaching/managing the team. There was an "A" division (Varsity) and "B" division (JV). Players could move up or down until the playoffs and then had to stay with their registered team. Games were usually 5 inning doubleheaders on weekends. Playoffs were 7 inning games.
We have an independent fall league run by a company but I do not consider that fall baseball. The only fall baseball is when the state runs the league and dictates fully everything just like spring. There are fall leagues in almost every state in the south in some form but those are fall seasons.
Texas (at least a lot of Texas schools) have Fall scrimmages and baseball class year round. We used to scrimmage Jucos in the Fall but that hasn't happened the last two years. It is not mandatory, we pay for a coach and umpires and our HS coaches can only observe.

I’ve seen “baseball class” mentioned elsewhere, and I was curious. What is that - a HS PE class? Is it taught by the coach?

No full on baseball class. It is a double blocked class at our school. The freshman have class earlier in the day with the varsity coach and their coach and then jv/varsity are together the last class of the day so they can continue into after school practice. In off season it is usually weight room a few days and the field the rest. During season, they have weights before school so they can practice on the field daily during class and after school until 5:30-6.
