Never relly paid much attention, however, some of the stats from coaches for players that I know are very suspicious....way off the charts from some schools/teams.
Do people put much credit on these numbers?
Any thoughts or information on these numbers and credibility.....

I wouldnt read too much into them.
They are only one of many tools a coach has in his baseball toolbox.
Kid #1 goes 0-5 with 4 hard line-drive outs. Kid #2 goes 4-5 with 3 weak bloopers and a misplayed ball that should have been an error but was scored a hit.
Just one tool of many.
Garbage in, garbage out. As one who does the Gamechanger for our high school team, I get the business from parents who think Lil' Johnnies bobble was a hit when I score it an error. The way I see it, you aren't really doing him any favors by padding his stats. He will get exposed eventually.
We use one of the sites mentioned, and mainly use for team rankings. However, at the end of the season, for district coaches meeting, we will use our stats to argue for all-district team. Like I said in another post though, human error tends to kick in and there is a bias when scoring games. Your school's stats tend to be a little more inflated...
