Are there any benefits to this?Just curious,because I have been using one for about 3times/week since late summer. I feel like I have more energy afterwards.
Yea, they are great. I don't know about the actual effect, but it feels awesome. You really feel the good deep breaths. I also hit up the sauna and do some good stretches once my muscles are loose (I do it after a swim) and I feel great.
^ exactly what the physical therapist at my work told me too.You really do get dried out,but i always walk out feeling nice and lose. It also clears up m sinuses,because I have allergies
