Of course, when your elbow hurts or is stiff, you shouldnt throw. But here's my question...
Alot of mornings, if I sleep funny my elbow is really stiff. (but not sore) When I stretch out my arm, my elbow usually pops (without me trying) and the stiffness is gone. It feels like it's helping, but is it actually a problem? Is it doing more harm then good?
