still no letters

Have you sent them letters? You should not wait for them - choose your top 25 colleges and send them a letter expressing interest. They will write back, send a questionairre for you to fill out.

Being eligible to receive letters does not mean you will get letters, it's not an automatic thing. They most likely don't know who you are, and if this makes you feel better, they probably don't know who your friends are either.

Play on a team where you will be noticed, write your own letters, visit the school, go to camps, send videos, let them know who you are.

letters just do not show y up in your mail box---you have to work to earn them not to mention you have nothing to tell them about yourself other than your Junior Legion Awards which do not mean anything in the overall picture
