Hypothetical: PU calls batter out on Strike 3 call.
Everyone else had the count at 0-1, PU says he thought it was 0-2. Obviously a pitch was mysteriously added by accident.
Is this appealable?

if you want to disregard CSFP, then no its not. PU is the final arbiter on the count/outs.
The *prudent* umpire will check w his partner, the book, etc but ultimately its still his call.
I ignore the scoreboard cause they are almost always wrong anyway...which doesnt stop the coaches from whining, 'but blue, the board says *****!'
