batboy....
Just got back from the Mizzou camp yesterday. Great camp like you said it would be!! About 80 kids total. If you haven't been to this camp, it's to difficult to explain the format. All I'll say is that my son did really well, learned some things, had fun, got tired because he was conatantly in motion. Liked the school and the staff!!!! Mizzou does a first rate job.
Anyway......back to this topic, Andy also did the Strikes camp and really worked his butt-off. The instruction was fantastic!!!! Talked to Scott Servais for a few minutes between 'stations' and he said based upon the response, he would probably do this camp again next year. Maybe at a different location. This camp certainly helped my son when he went to Mizzou. Several coaches gave Andy some good comments on his skills and ability at the catching/bullpens workout. His 'pop' times also improved. His best was a 1.95. He also received very high marks for his hitting ability. This of coarse is attributed to the catching camp as well as his instruction from Strikes.
Great experience for him and me!!!
