I was hoping someone could either provide some guidance or point me in the right direction to find the answer to my question below:
Can a "teacher" within a specific school district coach a summer baseball team that has some players who go to school within this teachers district? Some additional points that need to be considered:
- this is a middle school teacher and not currently "coaching" within the district
- he once DID coach a freshman baseball team within the district for a few years but stopped over a year ago
Just not sure if his previous coaching within the district would prevent him from coaching a summer team or not. I appreciate your comments.
