i see your a sophmore catcher. i also started on varsity as a sophmore. i was ready physically, but not mentally. the speed of the game will be the biggest difference.

Dont be affraid to make mistakes, just go all out. the problem i had was we had a bad team with a few young tallented players that werent ready for varsity but we had to play anyway. if thats the case fight through it. if you have a good team and good coach then you should feel right at home, not to much pressure. but you should be expected to produce and you should have the cofidence in yourself to produce.
