Very doubtful since it would create an imbalance under Title IX. To avoid that they'd likely have to create a softball program as well.

I'd hope the idea is at least being tossed around up there but the truth is that even if they did crank the baseball program back up it would be a LONG time before they'd be able to begin to compete in the ACC. Not exactly a fertile baseball recruiting up there up there, and unless they'd play home games in the Carrier Dome they probably couldnt host weekend series until mid-late April.
I think they do have a softball program but at any rate, I understand that a girls program would have to be added.

I think the Carrier Dome would be too small. Not a large stadium. I cant see that being an option for games. I'm not sure if the Dome could be used to practice in with a southern schedule helping out early in the season. The right field fence would be very short but it's better than nothing I guess.
