What cues or words do you use to tell the runner back or get more?

From the stands? Nothing.
From the 3rd base coach's box?
Back = BACK!!!!
Get more = "nobody" or "get another one"
Open (=one step away), Close (=one step back), BACK! (you know that one)
With more than one base runner Call base number then instruction i.e 2 - Open, 3 - Close

I don't use any cues or words because our 1B coach is responsible for runners at second, which enables the 3B coach (me) to concentrate on the pitcher and batter.
So what cues does 1b coach use? I like open close.

No offense, but you should use cues/words that your players have become accustomed to hearing from their previous coaches.
Ditto, an air traffic controller when they communicate.
edit: Just saw txballdad's post. Maybe open/close is normal some places. Not around here though.
Honestly, one of the things I like best about HS baseball is that for the most part the constant chirping you hear at all lower levels from the base coaches over. Coach them in practice, and let them play during the game.
