is it allowed for a coach from another college (D1)to speak with a high school sr while playing in a tournament at another (D1) campus. i was under the impression that as long as they are a sr they could talk to them anytime anywhere, other than a dead period?

They can't talk to you until the tournament is over. That is what we were told during the summer by the one of the college coach's he is going to play for next year.

Can talk (other than incidental contact) before or after, but not during a tournament, if it is within contact period.
