Ok...I'm leaving Wisconsin on Friday afternoon the 25th and have a choice....Tusculum @ Carson Newman on Saturday or Hiwassee @ Cleveland State. Then leaving I thought we'd catch either Walters State @ Roane St or Elon vs ETSU on April 1st....Whatya think....good plan? Jr. Halfmoon will pitch against Garfield Heights, Ohio at 12:45 on 3/29 at the Southeastern Complex and then again on the 31st at 12:30 against another Ohio team. I'm the out-of-shape but good lookin offensive lineman coachin 3rd base if anyone wants to say howdy. Now remember you will lookin at a future neighbor so be kind!
Just my 2 cents:
If the game were at Tusculum I would definitely recommend a trip there to see their facilities. They have some of the best small college facilities you will see anywhere thanks to a generous benefactor at the college.
I'd still recommend the CN-Tusculum game. Carson-Newman is close to the Dandridge baseball complex as well.
I'd probably pick Elon-ETSU for the other game. ETSU plays in a minor league park that has some interesting angles.
You would also be within driving distance to catch Milligan at King College, if you're interested in seeing a couple of the better area NAIA teams.
