Ladies....It's here....just got an email from Amazon.com...the new Taylor Hicks CD is on it's way! I ordered it for my husband to give to me for Christmas....(it's called being thoughtful)

....anyway.... I'm hoping it sells like crazy, and promotes the Soul Train well...

PS: For those who defended his talents on the main site...you all need to get out there and buy the CD too....please....'cause if Kelli or Chris outsell him....we'll never hear the end of it

I actually heard Kelli's song this morning. Does Chris have one out too? I will be watching for Taylor's CD!

Heard Pickler has a TV show coming out too... a sitcom kinda show I think it said, but things were still "in the works".

Yes, Chris does have a newly released CD...and it has received some good reviews....I've yet to read a review on Taylor's....and good luck to Kelli....after watching her performances on "Idol"....I think she can act....as in mis-pronunciation!

Well, I'll let you know how the Kellie Pickler CD is after Christmas, as my sister is getting it for my youngest daughter. However, I think my BROTHER-IN-LAW would like a copy of it in HIS stocking too! Altho, not necessarily for it's musical attributes!

Well Ladies, excuse me for intruding......and I rarely ever watch American Idol, but Kelly Pickler does have a highly rated song out in 'Red High Heels', Carrie Underwood has had off the charts success, but this Taylor guy.......must have been the viewer vote from American women that won it for him!

LOL, Now, as you know, I'm a HUGE Carrie Underwood fan... she deserves all the success she's enjoying. I'll grant I have a thing for Taylor's salt and pepper hair.... but there's talent there!

Kelli.... well now.... "red high heels" says it all!! When a woman can sing something like "black flats from Target" and get away with it... you'll know she's got talent!!

Ladies-

Kellie Pickler was on the Jay Leno show Thursday night and there was a very, very funny and entertaining clip of her in New York seaching for a Christmas present for Jay. You will also catch the salt and pepper crooner as well in a funny spot. He has really slimmed down and looks great.

DB2B...that was too funny! As much as her singing kind of annoys me...she DOES have personality...."How YOU doing?" LOL. She does do "New Yawk" pretty well too! Loved the Taylor Hicks part too!

By the way, Taylor was on "The View" the other day...boy does he look good. Slimmed down a bit, and also very personable.

....and yes indeed, Taylor looks mighty fine too....I have his new CD, but before I can play it.... have to wait until Santa makes it official...and puts it under the Christmas tree....

Don't watch Idol very much but do follow it a little so I have been reading this thread. That clip is absolutely the cutest video I have seen in a long time ... what a hoot.

How YOU doin? Classic New Yorkese ... she could teach Joey (from Friends) how to say it.
