Welcome to Team Illinois Baseball. TIB is a baseball academy team and being an academy team is different from a travel team. TIB’s program stresses skill, teamwork, conduct and mental toughness in connection with the development of baseball skills. Our organization allows boys within our community the opportunity to play competitive baseball in a fun, competitive and instructional environment. What sets TIB apart from others is the regimented/instructional workouts and the total overall organization. This allows our youth to enhance those life skills to help them prepare for up-coming high school and collegiate careers as well.

Our team and coaching staff always approach games in a committed and professional manner. Coach Tom Siebert is the director/owner of TIB and has over 20 years of baseball experience. Coach Siebert has played
at the collegiate and independent league levels. Coach Siebert owned the successful Texas Pride Academy in Texas, and has been a professional scout for the following teams: Chicago Cubs, Tampa Bay Devil Rays and Baltimore Orioles. Currently he is scouting for the Seattle Mariners.

As for the HS camp we will be registering 15, we still have a few spots available. Please feel free free to contact me at 630-362-0419, cell, with any further questions. Sincerely, Coach Tom Siebert.

Jay, Did you lose your reading glasses? There wasnt too much talk of you guys charging $200 (where did you make that up?) Its because you charged $200 and told people they would have an evaluation in their hands in "a few weeks". That is called misleading your customer.

If the camp was in October and you dont send evaluations out until the end of winter, when are these kids going to start working on their skills that your coaches think they need so bad? This is the time of year to be taking those evaluations and working on getting better with that info. But you guys arent allowing that info to get to the people who need it and paid for it.

I guess the question that is begging to be asked is, If you guys really care about kids and getting them better, why wouldn't you get those ev aluations in the hands of those that dearly need it and those that paid for it. It is becoming clear real fast by your posting that the kids dont mean a **** to you, only their money.
