That depends, Coach Knight and a couple of others have seen the "multiple infield" and "double infield" that we do. I don't think a player is going to remember those things other than their role in it. Per drill work etc. Players often do those drills for different reasons. Having the ability to remember drills that you might have only done once or twice is questionable. Things like bunt defense would be very hard for any person to remember other than your role. And so, I'm suggesting that I disagree that they should know it all. In fact, I'd suspect that most would not know more than half. JMHO!
ive got alot of stuff on our website. its not been updated in the last couple of years with any adjustments we've added but its still basically what we do. we tweak it a little every year after clinics, talking to other coaches, etc, but the basics are still the same. im going to try to work on some updating over christmas break. as long as its not signals i dont care who knows. baseball coaching is a fraternity. i depend on other coaches sharing ideas with me and i dont care to share with anybody else.
I have a handbook that I give to my players--I've used it at the college and high school level. I will try to get a link up that shows the Table of Contents to show what types of things are included.

I would also advise picking up a copy of Jim Tressel's book "The Winner's Manual to Life" -- it is a book about his players manual.
