I am looking to begin a team website and was wondering if anyone knew a good site to keep players stats, maybe some video feed, pics, rosters, player profiles, schedules and various things. Would love to take a look at some of your websites and suggestions on where to start one. Thanks

Depends on what you are looking to do with it. Those listed are good free sites....but I did mine at: MySportSite.com. You have a ton of options and it becomes a great addition to the program. I created ours last year when I got the head job here...and we've had other 18,000 hits in one year! It does have an expense...but we can sell online advertising through the site (which we will do this year) that will more than pay for it.
It has become a vital part of what we do and the parents and community love it....as do the college coaches I've talked to about our players.

On the front page of HSBBW there is a section on "Make your own - Team Website" There are all kinds of recommendations and examples.

Personally I have found that stats and stats programs are a problem and cumbersome so I just use a spreadsheet that has 50 games linked to a main page and then create a .pdf from it and post it somewhere.(or send it out to the coaches) We actually don't keep our stats public, just the coaches get them. Prevents a whole host of internal issues and competititors can't see them.
