A teenager was fatally injured Friday night in a weather-related traffic accident in south Irving, authorities said.
Jerry Hux,17, died in the crash. The accident happened when the vehicleskidded on wet pavement and slammed into a tree at Hunter Ferrell and Luper roads, near MacArthur Boulevard.
Two other teens in the vehicle were hospitalized, but their conditions were unknown.

Feb 9th and 10th IBBA will be hosting a baseball tournament in memory of former IBBA player Jerry Hux. We are taking teams of all ages, 5 - 14, and will form the brakcets as the teams are registered.
