The only way Joba and myself are related is that we both have rotator cuff tendontis. I've been letting my arm rest since the end of May and was wondering when I should start throwing. I've been lifting all summer and am getting stronger. Does anyone have any exercises I could do to strengthen my r.c. and does any1 have a throwing program I could follow for when I resume throwing? Thanks guys

I can tell you most likely Joba is not lifting weights in the weight room, but receiving PT (stretching, rc excercises, ultrasound, etc)and possibly even a shot for relief (not cortisone).

Tendinitous doesn't just go away because you are not throwing, you should have seen a doctor to indicate why you might have developed it and a course to follow for rehab as to what you should or should not be doing.
