My 2012 and my 2016 both did the Elite Pitcher's Bootcamp.  I'd characterize this as approximately a 3 day introduction to Ron Woolforth's assessment of a pitcher's current throwing status (mechanics, velocity, etc.) and an introduction to Ron's training methods with a focus on those drills necessary to maximize that pitcher's velocity, command, etc.

The EPB is expensive.  For the attentive student, they will come away with drills to be worked on at home.  That may require a coach who's receptive to new ideas.  It will definitely require hard work by the pitcher.

My son's liked the EPB.  They liked the weekday (Mon - Thurs) Summer Ranch training program more.  It had the elements of the EPB, but they were worked on with Ranch staff Monday through Thursday.

It's expensive.  It's not in a deluxe location.  And I and my son's found what Ron taught to be very impactful.  Improvement ultimately requires dedication and hard work when a player is not at the Ranch.

Also, not sure about TBR but the Armory offers "Road Shows" in various cities which could be a closer option for you. Go to the Armory Power Pitching Academy website and there is a number there to call. Ask for Randy or Ty and either one of them could get you information on the next city they will be in.

We have seen the results in pitchers that have taken part in Ron Woolforth's program and would definitely recommend it.
