Finding this website has been a godsend!! Being the parent of a 06'er and not knowing where to start had been very frustrating until I came across this site. Thank you and your wealth of knowledge.

Isockmom, with your son being an 06, you have found this site at the perfect time. So many of us happened upon this site late in the game. Had I come here earlier, our son would have gone to a showcase or 2. - But I didn't know anything about that. Enjoy, and learn all you can. There is much to be had here on the message boards and on the hsbbw website.

Thanks for the warm welcome! I will probably be asking dumb questions but we have to start somewhere, right! Here is the first one, Where do we start! My son is a 15 yr old sophmore, lives eats and breaths baseball, he plays 3rd, pitches and catches. His main position is 3rd though. He played varsity as a freshman, played local senior league, and all stars, Picked for Keystone games, played with a ectb league out of State college and went to the ECTB world Series in CT last summer. How do we get involved in showcases etc, and just get him out there?

Its nice to know that there is a place to go and feel comfortable even asking dumb questions. Thanks alot everyone! TRhit, you busted open a can with me, thanks for your number and email. I have lots of questions! I just want to make sure we are doing everything we need to do for Michael. Look forward to talking with all of you some more.
