THANKS to the following high school baseball programs that have stepped up to the plate to help Cedar Hill Longhorn Baseball!

Flower Mound High School - Thanks to the young girl that sent a letter to her principal suggesting they organize a fundraiser. Also, to Jaguar Baseball for posting the fundraiser info on their baseball website and players making personal donations.

FM-Marcus: Coach Senato and a couple of his senior players presented Coach Fatheree with some baseball equipment yesterday.

Lovejoy HS - Their booster club made arrangements with Baseball Express to help assist replace some of the much needed baseball equipment.

Midlothian Panther Baseball for their donation.

I'm sure I'm leaving some of the other surrounding high school baseball programs out but to those that know who you are, Thanks! Our players greatly appreciate what you have done and wish you the best in 2010!

GO HORNS!

Amen... PFP... I'd pay good money to see that...
I don't think so. The Granbury girls basketball team bus was broken into on Friday night at Duncanville. The POS's stole all the girls purses, school bags and more.

Sounds like the same circle of thieves. It's a shame, in this age of technology, with all the security cameras and precautions that are taken on a daily basis. That these guys are still out there running around.

Where's Dirty Harry, when you need him......
Just came across on how Texas Rangers helped out as well;

quote:
Second baseman Ian Kinsler and pitchers Brandon McCarthy and Tommy Hunter were at Cedar Hill High School on Monday to present the check to Fatheree and his players. Those three Rangers and some of their teammates donated their own money to help out the Cedar Hill program.

"I know these guys work hard and want to be out there," Kinsler said. "This was not fun. The only vandalism that took place at my high school is when the rival school came over and turned on all the sprinklers."
