Now that is a true statement - I rarely get the opportunity to even throw with my son now adays - which is probably good because as his strength improves my eyesight gets worse (not a good combination.

One piece of advice that I ignored from this sight my sons frosh year was sit somewhere down the lines and stay away from all the "chit chat". I now have a special spot that allows me just to watch the game.

I agree that this is a big deal, making his first HS team. Congrats to your son! Enjoy watching him play HS baseball. It is surprising how quickly you will be watching his senior season and wondering where the years went!
