I'd like to note my appreciation to Coach Steve Smith and players Tyler Nurdin and Mike Medford.

This past weekend Coach Smith and a couple of his players conducted a coaching clinic for our local little league. We had over 40 of our coaches in attendence and Coach Smith conducted a 2 1/4 hour clinic that was very well received by all of our coaches.

I realize that many coaches do this, but I wanted to pass along that their effort and time was much appreciated.

Coach Smith is one of those GREAT guys that we are blessed to have around us in this area. I was privileged enough to work in the same district with him and FD and I have to tell you that both of these guys are A+.

I agree with everybody else here -- Steve Smith is a great guy! Our son never played for him, but he was always so helpful for our summer team when we played at Paschal.

This may become a shock to a lot of people but I have known Steven for 20 years. We played HS baseball and football together and he was a great person then. I would also like to tell you that he was the 4A HS cover boy for football, one of the most amazing High School quarterbacks I have ever seen. In baseball he was the second best player to ever come out of Burkburnett. I don’t need to tell you who was the best.
