Although I still have two months before baseball tryouts, I'm entering my last part of my workout plan, and the most intense.  It'll consitst of a 6:15 workout, school, then sprints, then another night workout.  Going to be super hard, but supposed to build more muscle.  Quite a few months ago I came on these boards, asking for advice on getting faster, stronger, ect.  I was overweight, out of shape, and very weak.  6-7 months later, I'm faster, stronger, and 20 lbs. ligher.  My self esteem also has been boosted because I feel better about myself (Doesn't hurt to get compliments on how much weight I've lost everywhere I go eiteher!).  The only reason this was possible was because of the advice you guys gave me, so thanks!  Will post some before and after pics later, the change is amazing. 

 

P.S.  It helps that I grew 4 inches this year as well!  Guess I'm a late bloomer!  Went from 5'8-6'0! 

 

P.P.S.  Also went from a size 36 pants to a size 32.
