The 25% Minimum Scholarship Rule Change...

Does the 25% minimum baseball scholarship money all come from the 11.7 BB scholarships or can a college utilize academic scholarship money and/or others and add it to the BB scholarship to get to the 25% minimum amount. Will this rule apply to the 2008 signing class or does it go into effect with the 2009 signing class?

The 25% minimum can come from combined sources (i.e., 10% athletic money and 15% academic money). This rule applies to the 2008 signing class.

This is only true in the case of "countable" academic aid and only applies to programs that are not fully funded.
