The Most Unique Clinic in the Southeast: Be part of the Inaugural EDGE College and Pro Exposure Clinic. The Edge Clinic provides a unique opportunity for the athlete to gain valuable instruction and to showcase their skills in front of college and pro scouts and for the parents to receive information on what you really need to know about college admissions, and scholarships.
Danny Clark, former head coach of Milligan College and now a pitching coach for the Texas Rangers organization will lead the clinic. Many scouts from colleges in Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina and Kentucky will be attending as well pro scouts. Not only will the athletes be able to display their skills they will also receive some great instruction on hitting, pitching, speed and agility.
In addition we will have representatives from College Admissions and Financial Aid to explain the process of preparing for college and how scholarships work. We will also have a representative from Perfect Game to discuss the best way to promote yourself to the colleges of your choice. Various colleges will also have information available on their schools.
Showcase Schedule & Cost: The cost of the Clinic is $75 with a deposit of $40.00 due by December 4. This includes a T-shirt for the athlete an each Athlete will receive an evaluation report on skills.
Registration will take place on Saturday, December 9th from 12:00pm until 1:00pm at The EDGE located at 2615 South Roan St. Johnson City, TN. on the campus of Cherokee United Methodist Church
