Our high school program will be running two clinics for youth leaguers. I have ran four week long baseball camps and one one day clinic, but would like to hear how some of you set yours up from start to finish as far as the instruction goes. Last year at the one day clinic I had instruction for OF's, IF's, C's, P's, and hitters and each player rotated to each station, because at a young age it's hard to stick a kid at one set position because of their youth. How have you provided instruction? Thanks.
I have a love and passion for this game, and I want to be a great coach!!!

In the mornings we break players into groups and cover fundamentals that all players must know to play the game. In the afternoon we have 3 big groups. Pitching & Catching, Infield & Outfield and Hitting. Players will be sent to 1 of the 3 groups and then rotate. They will all go to hitting and they will go to the Pitching/Catching group and the Infield/Outfield group. In the event that a player is not a pitcher or a catcher they can go back to the Infield/Outfield group.
