Hi all,

Since there's no baseball to watch, how about having some fun with the REALLY "unwritten rules" that aren't in the article on this site. By this I mean stuff players learn only when they get to college or the pros. For example:

1) The first three rows on the bus belong to the coaches and the driver is always "bussie".

2) Players sign in the horseshoe NEVER the sweet spot (that's for the manager).

Not terrible important but it might be fun to hear from guys who have been there.

Ref the baseball signing ... I never knew this was an unwritten rule until I heard my son giving lessons on baseball signings to his college teammate/roommate when he signed at/on/in the sweet spot. (Learn something new everyday.)

My favorite for pitchers, and something that newbies need to learn ... never never never comment about a pitcher who is throwing a "perfect game" or a no/no ... THAT is the proverbial jinx to a great outing for any pitcher Wink
