The Ripken Experience will be hosting a showcase tournament for 16u and 18u teams the weekend of November November 2-4, 2007.
This is a great opportunity for your team to showcase their skills for pro scouts and college coaches! Each team will play 4 pool play games with the top 2 teams playing in the Championship Game. The tournament is limited to just five teams, allowing for maximum exposure and a chance to play each team. Entry fee is $750.00.
Pro Scouts and College Coaches will be announced prior to the tournament; they will be on hand to give brief address and answer questions.
The Ripken Experience is a 50 acre, state-of-the-art baseball/softball complex located in Myrtle Beach, SC. Amenities include 7 lighted baseball/softball fields, training island consisting of 14 batting cages, 4 practice infields, and 12 bullpen mounds. Each field is constructed of FIELDTURF and is designed after a historical major or minor league field.
