Selig states that he will determine who he will go after, but I don't see how that could be fair as the report does not find all the players who are involved and goes with a lot of hear say!

I doubt they do anything too stringent.
The only two active players that participated in the investigation were Jason Giambi and Frank Thomas.
The union is going to have to back down unless it wants Congress to get involved.
Drug testing needs to be outsourced for it to work properly.

I think going forward they need to clamp down, but for Selig to choose who "he" wants to go after is just a bad decision. He should go after everyone or no one. JMO
Would listening to Mitchell, followed by Selig, then reading a 409 page analysis be the greatest sleeping aid of all time?
After watching Bud at the press conference, the best thing that he could do for baseball would be to step down, and let a real Commishioner take over.

Its just funny to think how was able to look the other way after the strike year when people were not going to the parks.
