Wish we hadn't given up any yet, but did so in scrimmages with Keller and a couple runs in the scrimmage w/ Newman Smith.....Will say the boys looked good this very abreviated weekend, Tyler Herriage, Heath Baker and JD Shelander all pitched very well for the team and the bats were looking better and defense was tight.....hopefully a trend that will continue.....
Looks like East is having a STRONG start as well, should be a good match up between the 2 schools.

Flower Mound and Lake Cities are both wiped out apparently.
Carroll's website is showing a noon doubleheader against Georgetown in Southlake and then an 8:30 game at Keller Central.

Yes, Lake Cities is RAINED OUT... DARN... felt bad for the teams from Amarillo, Odessa and Midland that made the trip........hopefully we won't have the same thing happen (rain) next weekend at the Round Rock tourney.......
