We have players throw short front flips from behind a screen but not regular BP. Practice time is too precious. Three of our coaches threw at various levels beyond HS and the other a college position player. They can throw a far more effective BP, sometimes in the cage and sometimes on field.
Of course, occasionally, we will scrimmage with our pitchers throwing live on field and no screen.
Yes, the players wear helmets in the cage when throwing front flips in case of misdirected balls. Those same coaches aren't as smart in this regard.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
