Time between showcases?

My '09 son attended the PG Academic Showcase in FL in June and is considering attending the Atlantic Coast Underclass Showcase in NC in late August. Would this be worthwhile even though not much time has passed since June. I'm thinking the scouts in attendance will be differenct than the ones attending academic showcases. Opinions are welcome.

I don't think it is good to attend too many showcases to soon, you could be labeled as a showcase rat, that being said, going to a showcase which has different coaches in attendance is not a bad thing.

After you establish a base set of showcases, I think you should just attend showcases of higher exposure. It is also best if you can show getter skills at subsequent showcases.
