Hey all, I currently run a 6.9 60 yard dash but I want to cut this down a lot, to like 6.6-6.4 range. Any tips on exercises or other things to do this? Thanks Chaas
If you are in HS go find your track coach and ask him the question. He will give you a bunch of drills to do, as well as a lifting program. Be sure to ask him for both.
