I know this has been a hot topic here on this site and I think this might be of interest to you

On the collegebaseballonline.com site a young college pitcher, Ryan Tatusko, has a forum where he discusses what he is has gone thru and what is ahead of him as he rehabs and looks forward to being on the mound once again.

I think it will make great reading!!!

Sycamore,

Good Luck to you as you come back...

My son had TJ in March 2000, just as he was starting his senior year as a high school pitcher..........just before the draft was approaching.

It was one of the most difficult moments in his life, but the surgery went great and he put 150% into his rehab and today he left for spring training in Arizona-his third since signing a minor league contract in 2001.
(He was still drafted #244 in the 2000 draft even though on that day in June he could not even throw the baseball with his new elbow.)

He has pitched 300 innings in the minors, totally pain free and with NO arm or shoulder problems...
He has not hit his pre-surgery velocity, but can still throw a mean 89-94 MPH fastball and he has learned a lot about the true menchanics of pitching since being in the Minors.

I wish you the best in your career and thanks for sharing the links as I never tire of reading about the procedure that saved my boys dream!
