im a sophmore and i was wandering if it was too early to send an introduction letter to a college. i was the ss/p on the jv last year and i am probaly going to be the starting 2b on varsity this year. is it to early?

Yeh....better start early. I am sure gettign recruited from Africa is not easy.

Yes, send it to all the colleges of your choice.
And then send it to all the other college's that you might be interested in also.
