Deep Run put on a display of top level pitching at Godwin the other night. Their top arms are juniors, but that shouldn't hold them back with the stuff they're showing, it just means they might be even scarier next year.
It did make me think that a Deep Run-James River matchup come regional time would put the hitters to the test on both sides. I had flashbacks to 2007, when those two met in both the regional and state finales.

Come Regional time I say watch out for Dinwiddie... They will probably play a team from Dominion in first round? Maybe the #2 seed. #1 ususally gets Colonial's #2 in first round?
