Stitch head does the best job as far as analyzing teams across the country IMO. He does more homework than anyone.

This reminds me of a certain scene in a classic Steve Martin movie with lists. BTW - I didn't have to go far to disagree with this list.

It's a pre-season poll. The only thing certain about it is that it won't mirror the post-season rankings.
In my opinion, you could write the name of each of the top 20-or-so programs on a slip of paper, draw them out of a box, and the order would be about as plausible as the one chosen by the poll's author (For this or any other pre-season poll.)
Still, the writeups are always interesting.
Will take this opportunity to wish the players and families on this and every other division's lists the best for the 2013 season!

I think he picked Coppin State correctly so there must be some validity to the poll
I miss seeing my alma mater Cleveland State on the list. They discontinued their baseball program last year. They were always good for a ranking in the 290's and I am sure people are going to miss not having them to kick around anymore.
I like reading the write ups for the team below the top 25-50 that get covered by other sources....nice to see the other teams with little more info
There is a DI that recruited my son quite heavily that's always in the 200 to 280 range on the DI preseason poll and is there again this year. For baseball, there is no way I'd rather him be on that DI team than the DII he's on now. Now if it was one of the top 30 DI's, that's another story. 
My son's team opens against Coppin State on 2/15.

Arizona always plays weak teams at the beginning of the season. Its gives them easy wins and pads their stats.
D1...Many, many teams in warmer climates host northern teams in Feb. and March.
