My son received an invite to the Top Guns camp in NV. I've ran a search and found a lot of older threads from a few years back that were mostly negative. It sounds expensive it costs $700 no meals provided. But the list of schools scheduled to be represented is very impressive. There are supposed to be 35 schools including Texas, LSU,Rice,Kentucky,Miami,Notre Dame,Oregon,Oregon State,UNLV,UCLA,Baylor,Washington, and Kansas.

Does anyone have any recent experience with this camp? Is it well run? Are the teams there as advertised? Has anyone felt it was worth the cost?

Thanks

Top Guns is a good camp and is seen by, generally, the best of the best college programs. I can't imagine why you wouldn't want to send him? Not very many kids get invited to that particular one. A player has to be nominated and then the nomination is scrutinized and checked out with the high school coach to make sure it's for real.
If you check out this list of players, you'll see that these kids are top of line players.
