I am looking for the top pitching/throwing programs out there? I know about Alan Yeager and Ron Wolforth.
Does anybody have their stuff and if so what do you think?
Who do you recommend?

Both are good throwing programs. It is Jaeger BTW.

Wolforth, Jaeger, and the Top Velocity programs are what I refer to the most.
CatchingCoach, I looked up Top Velocity. What do you think of it? Do you use this with your pitchers and if so which dvd set to you use? Do you like Brent's stuff?

Wolforth is great, so is N y m a n's "buggy whip" model. Hodge's tape is also great, but it's very tough to find. Stay away from Marshall, Mills, and O'Leary.
