Tough choice

There are two showcases on the same weekend that my son is able to attend: The TPX Top96 Midatlantic showcase in Bethesda, MD and The 2005 Invitational NJ Shore Shootout and Showcase in Toms River, NJ. We are trying to determine which he should attend. Any input about either of these two showcases would be appreciated.

I figured I reply to bump this up for you.

We have not attended TPX but if it is a matter of that showcase or a local showcase tournament, I would say go to the TPX showcase.

I would recommend calling TPX and finding out which colleges usually attend or are expected to attend. I would also check with his showcase team coach to see what schools will be attending the NJ showcase

What schools will be attending and waht schools your son is interested in should help with the decision. Also I assume that your Fall team will be attending other tournaments that will give you add'l exposure.
