How does a player get invited to play in the Tournament of Stars in Joplin, Missouri if you didn't play with one of the organizations? Dixie, Pony etc. Many players spend their time playing on showcase teams and can't play with these organizations.

You can be picked by USA baseball on their team or if you played at any time on a team that participated with one of those leagues.
