I undertand that the economics of college sports mean that sometimes schools can not continue to support all of their teams. However the manner in which the administration at Towson State ( University President and AD) went about their decison making and the manner in which they announced their decision........ just not right.

These is not dying...Gov and Comptroller for the State of MD are now getting involved....The truth is starting to be revealed.....could be interesting times for the University President and AD!
Good! I've been looking at the Towson athletics website and noticed an abnormally large list of special assistants and staff within the Athletic Department. One only wonders how much waste is going on within the department that is causing these budget shortfalls. I hope someone gets to the bottom of this and saves men's soccer and baseball.
