Tragedy for some Softball Parents

This news is so incredibly sad. Three beautiful young women...gone. They were out gazing at stars. Can you imagine anything more innocent than that? My heart aches.

We have two daughters in high school who are dedicated to softball so we know the softball community is close. Like baseball, but different. Gazing at stars with their teammates is exactly what our daughters and their teammates would do. Innocent.

We are praying for these three beautiful young women. We pray that their friendship may continue eternally. We pray for each of their families and we pray for their teammates, classmates, the staff at Dickinson State University, and all of the good folks in Dickinson, ND.

When you next gaze up at the stars please see their beautiful, innocent smiles.

When I heard of this tragedy this morning, I had the same thoughts as you Gotwood. The loss of three young women has got to have so many hearts heavy at Dickinson State and their home communities. My thoughts and prayers for all.

My heart aches as well. So tragic,...many many prayers being sent.
