The season is now weeks away so you need to be working on baseball skills. Flyballs, starting to throw, hitting. Work on sprinting, 100'sx10 every other day. (build up to 10) Get out on your own and run the bases. If you do any weights now it should be circuit type hitting all muscle groups, keep the weight light and reps high. You have not hit puberty so don't go very high in weight.

After the season work up a off season plan with someone knowledgeable.
