Jon Doyle has some good info on his site. Search for some of his old forum posts as well, as he seems to have been abducted by aliens or something. Hope I helped.

There is all kinds of stuff here if you do various kinds of searches in this forum. Be a little more specific and you will get some recomendations. Age, position, hitting, throwing, etc. What are your objectives. A good program will be phased, with the season.
