Okay, so I'm helping this guy to learn some of the finer points of baseball. He really likes to play baseball and he's got enough natural talent to be good with practice. He's about 6'3" somewhere around 220, 16 years old. He really wants to be a pitcher.. and I've seen a lot of baseball games, pro and highschool, as well as pitching for softball, so i figured I could help a little.

The problem is, I don't know many drills to do for a BASEBALL pitcher. We got through a few of the mechanical problems and he's got a fair amount of speed. Is there anything I can do to help with accuracy, speed and mechanics seperately besides just raw practice? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
Most boys say its harder to hit a baseball because it's smaller. If they had bigger balls, they d use a real ball.

I think one of the most important thing is working on a pitchers mental toughness. over the years you see kids throw in practice maybe work with them in the bullpen and they have good stuff but when they cross the lines they struggle for whatever reason. I always tried to boost my pitchers confidence by saying he had all the advantages. Round ball round bat. You stand on a mound elevated from the batter. You get 4 balls he gets 3 strikes. You are the boss. Your best pitch is strike one.
