Training Facility IVO Pentagon

I am at the Pentagon for the next year or so while my family stays in NJ. My 2016 will be visiting occasionally between summer team tournaments and camps. Can anyone recommend a good training facility in the Arlington area where he might get some work while he's with me?

There is NOVA South Baseball Academy ran by Mike Cassidy, it is a little south of Arlington. Everyone there are extremely helpful and it is a pretty good facility.
