WP-Moseley...now 3-1 on the season. He went all 7 innings. Had a great night on the mound. I think a 4 hitter!

We're 5-3 in district now with a HUGE game for us against Mesquite Horn on Thursday.

Good game tonight at Marcus. Marcus took the lead in the 5th after trailing until then....PE battled back and tied the game twice, forcing extra innings.

LH for East -- Slater, 4 hits, 3 others with 2 hits each.
LH for FMM -- Baker with the GWH - Beasley, 3 hits.

Herriage pitched 7 (129 pitches) until Shelander took over in the 8th.

PantherSon gave up a walk-off to Heath Baker with 2 out in the 8th. Baker won the battle tonight. Each game, each time on the hill, provides an opportunity to learn and grow. Some chances turn into disappointments. PS takes losses hard --- but I'm proud of the way he handled adversity tonight --- and proud of the man he is becoming. Do I sound sappy? -- no family-promotion intended.

Marcus finds themselves back in the D8 race. It was good to see OBN tonight.

Last night's game was my first opportunity to watch PDad's son play. His pickoff to 1B is so quick and so accurate it is crazy good......what moxie he has for his age, lots of great things in store for this young man....PD I know you are proud and your son is lucky to have such great support/guidance at home......

Tell PantherSon to keep his head up. Young Pitcher gave up 6 earnies in 1/3 inning last Friday night in Tyler!! He was feeling pretty down himself. There's lots of time for these kids to learn from these situations!! 08's gonna be a fun year in my opinion for both of these boys and for a bunch more in the area.
